The 32C3 in paticular is where the binary gender definitions starts to become a clear problem. Many people at the CCC use pseudonyms.
My own rough count was the same for females but also accounted for unknown and anonymous speakers. In total my hand count found 29/15% female, 130/70% male and 27/15% unknown or anonymous.
I definted unknown and anonymous as any speaker that used a pseudonym that upon searching online could not be attached to any gender. And then only those speakers who did not use a he/she when describing themselves in the third person. And then also only those that did not include a picture that clearly indicated gender. 27 people fit this category.

Ja tatsächlich, mir fällt gerade sowieso auf, wenn 50% für Frauen.
Müssen dann Männer Prozente sozusagen "abgeben" für Transsexuelle? oder kann man sich da noch arrangieren mit den Frauen?

Verfälschte Statistik

Diese Statistik ist nicht aussagekräftig, da beim 32C3 im Vergleich zu ähnlichen Veranstaltungen überdurchschnittlich viele Menschen sich selbst als geschlechtsneutral sehen (etwa 10%). Geschlechtsneutrale Menschen werden auf dieser Seite überhaupt nicht berücksichtigt. Das ist eine Form von Diskriminierung. Außerdem kann aufgrund des Namens nicht auf das Geschlecht geschlossen werden. Viele Leute dort tragen Männernamen, obwohl sie sich als Frau sehen und umgekehrt.
